AirOps is launching a series of AI apps that are task specific, easy to install and configure, and are scalable and available everywhere.

Business users are using 200+ apps today, but as app usage grows, unstructured and siloed data assets are piling up (i.e. support tickets, customer reviews, Slack messages). It’s a familiar pattern: stranded business users flag down busy engineers to write one-off scripts to access and understand the data, and everyone’s patience runs thin.

Advancements in AI including large language models (LLMs) are here to help summarize and analyze data, but business users are getting stuck trying to figure out how to apply AI to their workflow. AI layered on top of an existing tool or locked within a walled garden will only marginally improve productivity.

Enter AirOps—a startup bringing AI to work. AirOps is launching a series of AI apps that are task specific, easy to install and configure, and are scalable and available everywhere.

The AirOps team is the right team to pioneer AI apps for business users. Alex (CEO) and Matt (COO) were product and operations leaders at Bungalow, a co-living platform that scaled quickly with complex operations and large data assets. Berna (CTO) led engineering at Masterclass and built AI-enabled systems at scale.

Today, AirOps is launching three AI apps that are in high demand from customers: text analysis apps, text and copywriting apps, and data apps with GPT-4. AirOps will be shipping more AI apps this year as well as the AirOps app builder, a powerful platform for customers to build their own apps that combine LLMs, logic, and data retrieval.

We are proud to announce our partnership with the AirOps team and lead their $7 million seed round. We are fortunate to invest alongside our friends Founder Collective, Village Global,  XFund and Lachy Groom. At Wing, we are thesis-driven and invest across the AI-first transformation of business. We believe that AirOps will pioneer a new category of AI apps and tooling that will allow business users to make AI accessible and actionable for workflows.
